Chuck Langston of Langston-Black Real Estate assisted the Lessor, 290 LLC, in procuring a 5-year lease for the property located at 1788-B E Poinsett Street Extension in Greer, SC.  The Lessee, Sparxpress, LLC, will utilize the office and secured yard space to move product to and from the Greer Inland Port.  The Facility’s proximity to the Greer Inland Port was a huge determining factor in the selection of this site.
