Langston-Black Real Estate is pleased to announce the successful lease agreement for Lutheran Hospice, securing a 3,200-square-foot office space at 1011 Grove Rd., Suite A-3, Greenville, SC.

Tim Allender of Langston-Black Real Estate represented Lutheran Hospice in the transaction, ensuring the organization found a space well-suited to its needs. The landlord, Sheree, LLC, was represented by Andy Sherard, also of Langston-Black Real Estate.
