Tim Allender of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the buyer, Iglesia El Sembrador, with the procurement of the property located at 212 E Standing Springs Road in Simpsonville, SC.  The property consists of a 2,500 sf sanctuary and a 1,100 sf family life center.  Both buildings are situated on a 1.67 acre lot.  Iglesia El Sembrador is excited to move into their new home soon.  Rick Hammett, also of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the seller, Church of Greenville.  The Church of Greenville is in the process of completing their new church/facility in Simpsonville.
