Tim Allender of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the landlord, Ink Masters, LLC, in leasing their 2,054 sf office space located at 210-A Old Piedmont Hwy., Greenville. The tenant, Ryan Alan Enterprises, LLC was represented by Macy Scoggins with Avison-Young Real Estate. This space will be the new home for ReAcoustic, creators of phone amplifiers using salvaged phonographs and gramophones mounted on wooden bases.
