Rick Hammett and Chuck Langston, both of Langston-Black Real Estate, worked diligently to bring approximately 17.6 acres located on Memorial Drive Extension in Greer to the closing table.  While Chuck Langston represented the sellers, Donald J. Williams, Kenneth L. Williams and Rebecca G. Williams Aughtry, Rick Hammett represented the purchaser, Walnut Hill Venture, LLC.  A new townhome development is planned for this site.
