Chuck Langston, CCIM of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the purchaser, Honey Bee Co., LLC with the acquisition of four industrial buildings consisting of approximately 84,000/sf situated on 15.75 acres located at 85 Beeco Road in Greer, SC.  Three of the buildings have been leased leaving 40,000/SF available for lease.  The seller was represented by Marcus Cornelius of CBRE, Inc.
