Abel of Langston-Black Real Estate, Inc represented LSCG Fund 31, LLC, a subsidiary of LS Capital, in the sale of 12.78 acres on Colwell road in Blue Ridge, GA to Coleto Creek, LLC.  The site in Fanin County GA was part of the Nature’s Purest bulk water collection facilities.  Langston-Black has available an additional 106 acres with the accompanying springs, wells and bottling facilities.

Brad and R.W. also represented Rialto Capital Management, a subsidiary of Lennar Corporation, in selling a small office building at 6229 White Horse Road in Greenville, SC
