TL Baldree, of Langston-Black Real Estate, represented the buyer, Spectrum Villages & Academy, in the acquisition of a 15,000 sf office building located at 50 Directors Drive in Greenville, SC.  The new owners plan to develop a full-service evaluation and therapy center for our autistic community here in Greenville.
