Langston Black assisted with the purchase of a leased retail building in Six Mile, SC


Chuck Langston of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the purchaser, Landrum, Inc., with the acquisition of a 10,500-sf retail space located at 2290 Liberty Highway in Six Mile, SC.   This retail space is currently leased to Family Dollar and Dollar Tree.  The seller, District Six Mile, LLC was represented by Bill Sims of NAI Earle Furman, LLC
