Tim Allender of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the purchaser, Louie Signorile, with the purchase of an 1,800 industrial building located at 210 Woods Chapel Rd., Duncan, SC. The seller of the property was represented by Josh Hakala of The Founders Group.  The purchaser is planning on using the building/property to start a small residential waste management company.
