Chuck Langston of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the purchaser, a local investment group, Diversified Properties, Inc., in the acquisition of 1423 S Buncombe Road in Greer while Roger Barnes  also of Langston-Black represented the seller, Pleasant Grove Properties, Inc.

Current tenant, Carlstedt, LLC, has occupied the property for approximately twenty-years.  Carlstedt, LLC is a wholesale floral company.
