Chuck Langston, CCIM of Langston-Black Real Estate, Inc. represented Smith Family Estates, LLC in the sale of their 5,600 SF building at 115 School St. in Greer, SC’s historic Greer Station.  The buyer, School Street Holdings, LLC who was represented by Bradley D. Toy, CCIM, also of Langston-Black Real Estate, Inc., plans to renovate the building for multiple tenants.
