Tim Allender of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the seller’s, Hogue Construction, LLC, with the sale of their 5,400 sq/ft flex building located at 1220 Asheville Hwy., Spartanburg, SC. The purchasers of the property, Properly Proper Properties, LLC were represented Bill Terry of The Terry Company, Inc.  The purchasers are planning on renovating the existing building and turning it into a training/boarding facility for dogs.
