Tim Allender of Langston-Black Real Estate took little time to change the available status to sold status for seller, Kenmur Properties, LLC.  The 1465 sf building located at 1800 Hwy 101 North in Greer was recently acquired by purchaser, Chris Kittrell.  Chris plans to operate a portion of his asphalt business from this location.  Purchaser was represented by Nate Herb of McAlister Realty.
