Tim Allender of Langston-Black Real Estate worked diligently to acquire a lease for his client, Fred Jones.  The property is located at  65 Concourse Way in Greer.  This location consists of an 11,750 square foot industrial building and will be the new corporate location of Service Pro’s Installation Group, Inc. who exclusively services Lowes Home Improvement Stores.  Darath Mackie of Lee & Associates represented the tenant.
