John Daniel of Langston-Black represented the owner, Roger Saunders of Phase II Power Equipment, in the sale of an 8,750sf commercial building located at 142 Southport Rd in Spartanburg.  Andy Hayes of Spencer Hines represented the buyers, Bryan Lawson and Z. Evin Martin, in this transaction.   This structure will now be home to a General Contracting and Millwork company.
