Tim Allender of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the sellers, Dr. Mark Kemble and Dr. Douglas Whitehead, with the sale of their 4,550sf medical office building located at 1107 W. Poinsett Street in Greer, SC.  The purchasers, 1107 W. Poinsett, LLC, were represented by Chuck Langston, CCIM and Rick Hammett, also of Langston-Black Real Estate.  This location will be the new home of Dr. Daniel Smith of Ally Medical.
