Toy, CCIM of Langston-Black Real Estate, Inc. represented Hutton Orangeburg MT, LLC in the purchase of a 2,000 SF building at 2710 North Rd. in Orangeburg SC for $550,000.  The building, which is across the street from Walmart, will be renovated for and occupied by a national retail chain to be announced at a later date.
