Jim Griffin, of Langston-Black Real Estate Inc., represented the seller, PWJ, LP., in the sale transaction of an 8.94 acre parcel of land located at the intersection of Highway 153 and Old Easley Bridge Rd. in Easley.  The property was sold to EBR Holdings, LLC. The land will be developed for an undisclosed third party.
