Rick Hammett of Langston Black represented the purchaser, 4 Points Church, LLC and Jeff Howell, also of Langston Black, represented the seller, David & Madeleine Snow. This property will become home to the church which has grown from a average weekly attendance of 108 in 2012 to 492 in 2017.
