Brad Toy and Miles Nason of Langston-Black Real Estate, Inc. represented to landlord in the leasing of 1,250 square feet of retail space at 104 B Middleton Way in Greer to Uniform Stop.  Miles also leased 1,250 square feet at 104 C Middleton Way to Freedom Fellowship who will operate a church from this location.

Chuck Langston , CCIM and Miles Nason of Langston-Black Real Estate, Inc. represented Victoria Interests, LLC in the sale of a 2,400 square foot building at 208 Trade St. in historic Downtown Greer.  The building, which was once part of the Bails & Collins Department Store and is on The National Register of Historic Places, is currently leased to the Greer Heritage Museum which will be relocating when their lease expires. 

Miles Nason of Langston-Black Real Estate, Inc. represented the Lessor in the leasing of a 6,000 square foot building at 215 Trade St. in Historic Downtown Greer to The Greer Heritage Museum.  The Museum is relocating from 208 Trade Street and should be open in their new location by March of 2005
